陶瓷微波餐具被开发出来
<P> 美国科学家已研究出新型陶瓷微波餐具，可更快地加热食物。科学家相信，使用新的陶瓷微波餐具将会比传统微波加热方法节省能源。<BR><BR> 微波是通过电磁波使水分子震动和摩擦而产生热量的方法，而一般的食物容器，因其分子不受微波影响，具有微波穿透性。一般的微波炉餐具因对微波有穿透性，所以用微波炉加热食物时，餐具反倒会从食物那里吸收热量，拿出微波炉后餐具很快会冷却下来。而美国宾州大学的科曼尼教授等人研制的复合陶瓷餐具本身可以快速吸收微波能量，能对食物快速加热，而且取出微波炉后还能维持一定时间的热度。<BR><BR> 测试结果发现，用新型陶瓷微波餐具煮饭，只需花原本一半的时间，饭就煮好了。“使用这种餐具煮饭最好，餐具会被加热并能保温15分钟。也可以用这种餐具来加热比萨饼。”科曼尼教授表示。然而，习惯用微波加热食物者必须小心这种餐具会很烫，必须使用隔热垫以免烫伤。</P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #f6f5f0"></FONT> </P>
